A 50-mile straight-line planning radius.

The guide covers a curated set of cities, Census-designated communities, and established local markets whose representative locations fall within 50 straight-line miles of our approximate administrative-office reference at 4830 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33609. It is not a directory of every subdivision or a guarantee that every property within each community is inside the circle.

For most communities, we used the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2025 Florida Gazetteer representative coordinates and calculated surface distances on the WGS84 ellipsoid. Westshore uses our office reference, not a district centroid. Parrish uses an approximate locality coordinate because it is not a separately listed place in the selected Gazetteer.

Palmer Ranch is near the southern boundary at approximately 49.8 miles. Winter Haven is about 48.9 miles to the east. The reference points for Osprey, Venice, North Port, and Haines City fall outside this selected radius, so they do not have dedicated pages in this guide.

This is not a patient eligibility boundary. Eligible patients in those communities and elsewhere in Florida may still request telehealth care. Straight-line distances are not driving distances. Boundary-area estimates should not be treated as parcel-level measurements.
