Do not send diagnoses, detailed symptoms, medication lists, insurance-card images, or treatment records through ordinary email or SMS. Ask the team for the approved secure method. The SimplePractice booking page may display Diana Scruggs’s existing practice branding and contact details.

This website package does not include a patient-intake form, advertising pixels, or a built-in video platform. Appointment buttons take you to an external clinical platform. Review that platform’s notices and the treating practice’s privacy information before submitting sensitive information.
